Coverage

Coverage hours & locations - Add the hours you need to get the coverage you want. Coverage starts at designated start time before the ceremony and continues through the reception until your end coverage time. Coverage usually includes pre-ceremony, full ceremony, receiving line, and can include photo sessions before and/or after the ceremony, traveling with the bridal party between the ceremony and reception, and any stops such as a park for photos. Coverage will include what is agreed upon by the client and videographer at the agreed upon location(s) within the coverage hours. Additional hours and locations can be added to packages.

Photo session - We will capture some of the photo session reactions and posing to edit into a montage with music. This can be included during your coverage hours either before and/or after the ceremony.

Travel with wedding party between ceremony and reception coverage - A videographer will travel with you and your wedding party in your limo, trolley, bus, or other means of transportation. Video will be taken in the vehicle and at any locations you stop at, like a park for pictures.

Bridal prep - This montage features the bride and her bridesmaids preparing at a location such as the hair salon or home. An artistically edited montage will be included on the DVD as a bonus feature.

Bonus Features

Photo montage (Growing up & Dating or Honeymoon) - Our one-of-a-kind photo montage sets your pictures to music with subject-enhancing animation. All pictures are scanned (if prints) and color corrected/restored. Great to show at the reception to feature the bride and groom growing up and dating.

Love story - This can be added to your photo montage or can be a standalone video. This is like an engagement photo shoot only it's a video starring the bride and groom and usually includes interviews about they met and "fun together video". We can tape your engagement photo shoot for this if you have discussed it with your photographer. This is designed and directed to what the bride and groom want.

Highlight video - This is a shortened artistic version of your day's events set to music. The final length will be around 5-7 minutes, perfect to share with family and friends. Natural audio (like vows) and music are combined along with still pictures and video clips. Special effect enhancements like slow motion and black and white are incorporated. DVDs of just the Highlight video can be made for you bridal party as thank you's. Online viewing available as well.

Rehearsal dinner - We will go to your rehearsal dinner to film highlights of you, your families, and wedding party having a good time as well as any toasts.

Rehearsal ceremony - We usually try to go the ceremony rehearsal for testing and planning purposes and may include a short montage of the rehearsal on your DVD.

Video Options

Title montages - Title montages are created from your ceremony & reception decor, flowers, colors, and other personalized items. Title montages are created for the beginning of the movie and as a transition to the reception. What better way to preserve all the cherished details then by having montages with everything from ceremony flowers to your personalized napkins.

Credits - Wedding party names scroll over images of your day.

Guests' Congratulatory Messages - Have your guests leave messages of congrantulations and well wishes.
