EPCOT Center opened on October 1, 1982 with many great attractions, but since then many have closed or been redone. In Future World the World of Motion, Horizons, the Land, Imagination, Spaceship Earth, CommuniCore, Universe of Energy, the Livings Seas and Wonders of Life have all undergone changes from minor to total destruction of the pavilion. Even World Showcase has undergone some changes. The once EPCOT Center, Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, is now just simply Epcot. This site is dedicated to every lost, renamed and redone piece of Epcot history!
